By the Cổ Cò river — four en-suite bedrooms, private pool.
"A soft wind, clear water, deep groves of bamboo on the bank."
— Diary of a Chinese monk, 17th century, on the waterway between Hội An and Đà Nẵng.
The villa sits on a quiet stretch of that old route.
A quiet house by the Cổ Cò river, inside the Casamia neighbourhood of Cẩm Thanh, Hội An. Four en-suite bedrooms, each with a private balcony. Comfortable for eight, up to ten. One side of the house opens onto the neighbourhood's shared garden.
A traditional basket boat is moored at the dock behind the garden. Flat water, morning mist still hanging over the river hyacinth. Bring your coffee down to the jetty and watch the Cổ Cò wake up.
The pergola outside has one long table, big enough for everyone to have breakfast together rather than in shifts. By evening, the same table becomes the BBQ.
Fifteen minutes' bike to the Japanese Covered Bridge. Back by dusk, up to the Sky Soaking room — its own rooftop terrace with an open-air stone tub, a standing shower, and a bamboo screen. You reach it through the bedroom, so the tub belongs to whoever is staying in that room.
Out all day, and the NAMO sign is already lit when you get back. Warm light through the breeze-block wall, the timber gate opening onto something warmer inside. Later: charcoal on the grill, and the pool until late.
Casamia connects fast to the highway. Thirty-five minutes by car to Đà Nẵng International Airport. You reach the check-in counter before your coffee gets cold.
A long sofa along the glazed wall, beams and a ceiling fan.
River Twin — two double beds, sleeps four.
An open kitchen with a stone island and bar stools — cook together, nobody left out.
Third floor. King bed. Its own rooftop terrace with an open-air stone soaking tub and a standing outdoor shower — reached through this bedroom.
Third floor. King bed, private balcony over the pool and the Cổ Cò river.
Second floor. King bed, private balcony, pool and river view.
Second floor. The largest room — two beds, family-friendly, private balcony facing the river.
Four en-suite bedrooms, each with its own private balcony.
White gravel, slate paving, a timber door — and then the house is yours.
The whole house was built around one idea — keeping the quiet of this stretch of river.
Run by a small Hội An team — no chain, no 24/7 front desk. Our housekeeper welcomes you in person between 2 and 6 pm; smart locks let the whole group come and go freely.

Inside: bathtubs in three of the four en-suites · ceiling fans in the living room and the two second-floor bedrooms · daily light housekeeping included.
